What is it about?
Kira Reed wants only one thing: a normal life. But fate has other plans for her. As the reincarnation of the outcast Lilith, she is destined to be the villainess in an ancient conflict.
On her 18th birthday, this destiny brutally catches up with her: a divine power merges with her, and she becomes the hunted. Led by Cloe, the reincarnation of Eve, the Apocalyptic Horsemen are sent to destroy her and break her dark power.
Surrounded by enemies and betrayed by her own fate, there is only one way left for Kira to protect herself and her loved ones: she must face a fight she can't possibly win.
And as she faces her downfall, her own heart becomes her greatest weakness–because it beats for the very horseman who brings Death.
Can love survive in a war where light and darkness threaten to tear the entire world apart?
Main Characters:
Kira Reed
Kira is a feisty and headstrong art student who was raised by her adoptive grandmother Amy, as the sole survivor of a tragic accident. Even though she is the reincarnation of Lilith, she wants nothing to do with her role as the chosen Tear of Darkness warrior, she would much rather live a perfectly normal life.
Cloe Cross
The confident Cloe is the reincarnation of Eve. Unlike Kira, she embraces her destiny as a Tear of Light warrior with pride. Working as a model for the fashion magazine EDEN, she uses her brother’s glamorous world as the perfect cover to search for the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Her goal is to use their help to wipe out every trace of dark power.

Death
He was a human of the first generation, whose profound sense of justice led him to become God’s helping hand. As the personification of Death, he has since wandered unseen through the In-Between, guiding the souls of the deceased safely to the afterlife and preserving the cycle of life. However, through a special ritual performed by Cloe, he was finally materialized in the real world and bound to her side.
